Arusha Gallery presents Charlotte Keates. Inspired by interiors, travels, and architectural composition, communing with elements from the natural world. These images of modernist leisure insite feelings of entering a recently vacated space, dramatically still without surrendering movement. Technically and artistically these environments suggest indistinct human activity and motion.

Arusha Gallery is a contemporary art gallery with its main premises in Edinburgh's historic New Town, a satellite space in London and a residency programme and gallery in Bruton, Somerset.

Opened in 2013, Arusha runs an annual programme of exhibitions, events and fairs, both nationally and internationally, with regular collaborations with guest artists, curators, festivals and  institutions
