“Invisible Horizons” | November 3 - December 7
Dealing with the misconception of otherness and its roots with existentialism, this new body of work examines both personal and collective experiences of being stateless and the complexity of loneliness. With the concepts of presence and absence, coming and going, and the experience of being and nothingness, these works open up new conversations about the human condition and its connection to psychological spaces through the lens of an outsider. With lone figurative images in metaphorically dissolving landscapes, there tends to be dialogue between a third space and its new inhabitants in an endless quest to fill a void.
